Правительство РФ утвердило новый перечень национальных стандартов и сводов правил (частей таких стандартов и сводов правил), обеспечивающий соблюдение требований Технического регламента о безопасности зданий и сооружений (Постановление Правительства РФ от 4 июля 2020 г. № 985). Он начнет действовать с 1 августа взамен перечня, утвержденного Постановлением Правительства РФ от 26 декабря 2014 г. № 1521, который будет признан с указанной даты утратившим силу.

В новый перечень не вошли дублирующие и избыточные нормы, в связи с чем объем предъявляемых требований к безопасности зданий и сооружений сократится на 30%, с 10 тыс. до 7 тыс. Сообщается, что актуализированный перечень в полной мере будет способствовать соблюдению Технического регламента. При этом отмечено, что принятые застройщиком или техническим заказчиком проектная документация и (или) результаты инженерных изысканий, разработка которых начата до вступления в силу нового перечня, и которые представлены на первичную или повторную государственную или негосударственную экспертизу, будут проверяться на соответствие национальным стандартам и сводам правил, указанным в прежнем перечне.
