В правительстве РФ считают необходимым ввести маркировку и лицензирование производства и оборота пива, напитков на его основе, сидра, пуаре и медовухи. Соответствующее поручение Кабмина дано Министерству финансов.По мнению чиновников из аппарата вице-премьера Александра Хлопонина, под производством пивоваренной продукции, сидра, пуаре и медовухи маскируется выпуск слабоалкогольных напитков с использованием красителей, спирта и воды, что позволяет производителям уклоняться от уплаты более высоких акцизных сборов. Эксперты предрекают для легальных пивоваров дополнительные финансовые расходы, в случае принятия новой идеи правительства.
